Mod Podge Photo Transfer creates an opaque result, so the entire image including the coloured background is transferred to the surface. This makes Mod Podge Photo Transfer perfect to use for both light and dark backgrounds. This is in contrast to Mod Podge Image Transfer Medium where the underlying surface remains visible. The formula is best used on a hard surface and has a matt finish.
