Come join us for an informative demo on how to use resin and the various acrylic pouring techniques. The live demonstration on Resin and Pouring Art will be led by local artist Jackie Micallef, and will demonstrate how you can create successful pieces of art, but also give you tips to think about so that you feel ready to experiment on your own
The class-based demonstration will explore:
- Resin and its use on different substrates (wood panels, canvas and silicone moulds)
- Pouring - different techniques and materials to achieve pouring art, including creating cells with silicone oil
- Functional art with resin- coasters, bookmarks, etc
- Fluid and powdered pigments
- Alcohol inks used with resin
This live demonstration is suitable for hobbyists, artists and art enthusiasts alike, who would like to gain knowledge on resin and fluid art, and how to put the materials to their ultimate use.
Groups are kept to a maximum of 20 people and are only available via pre-booking. You can book your place online or visit our store in Mosta.
