Schmincke Liquid Earth offers a clean, dust-free method for artists working with charcoal in a choice of natural earth colours.
Liquid Earth is watersoluble, so you can adjust the values from light to deep and apply it thickly or thinly. It can also be used for thin underpainting with a variety of mediums including oil and acrylic. Subsequent layers of paint will not be altered any more than conventional charcoal underpainting.
The range offers three Liquid Earth colours – Umber, Sanguine, and Chalk. These are made using natural earth pigments and are available individually or in a set. All colours are vegan-friendly.
