KUM Black Widow Round-Point Sharpener

KUM have gone and done it again with another innovative sharpener you didn't know you needed, until now. Designed for use with softer and more powdery leads, like coloured and cosmetic pencils, its clever design looks a bit over the top at first glance but it's actually pretty simple to use. 

So what does it do? Well simply leave the red 'Tipformer' tool as you find it (or take it out completely) and it's a sharpener like any other. Just keep sharpening until you've reached your desired pointed lead - this will create a sharp point. For a softer or blunt point use the 'Tipformer' and insert in front of the blade at your desired tip length. Using this tool will change the sharpening finish from a sharp point to a blunt point - ideal for cosmetics pencils where a sharp point is less than desirable near your eye, or for artists and pencil enthusiasts who prefer the option of a softer lead point to a super sharp one.  

Squeeze the black plastic part gently to release the clear protective top which houses pencil shavings and the blade and tool itself.
