AC100 is a composite with gypsum base powder and an acylic/water based liquid component. The product can be used as a modelling and casting compound and works well with the lighter coloured stone fillers as well as the Jesmonite pigments. the AC100 can be mixed with Thixotropic to make a thicker mixture for Gel Coat layers. We recommend our Mixer Blades for a smooth clump free mix and reduced risk of air bubbles. AC100 is an ideal product for mould support when used in combination with Quadaxial matting. AC100 can be used for outdoor applications with waterproof Acrylic Sealer.
Mix Ratio: 2.5 parts powder to 1 part liquid.
